For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal to receive or repeated failed deliveries may result in account restrictions.

  • Misused COD, returns, or promotions

Upon termination, any remaining orders may be cancelled and accounts disabled.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved by the Egyptian courts.

14. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or service outages.
