This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data through www.qualityeg.com, which is operated using the Odoo website platform, and through any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect only the personal data necessary to operate an e-commerce website and fulfill customer orders.

After account closure, we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except that invoices and transaction records are retained for up to 5 years as required by Egyptian tax and commercial law, and records needed to resolve a dispute are retained until resolved.

Important: Payment card details are processed securely by third-party payment gateways integrated with Odoo or Paymob. We do not store full card numbers.

Collected automatically through Odoo and standard web technologies:

  • Device type and operating system
  • Time zone and approximate location
  • Website usage logs and activity

(This is approximate location derived from your IP address, distinct from the precise GPS location collected by our mobile app, where applicable.)

f) Aggregated Data

We may use anonymous and aggregated data (e.g., traffic statistics, conversion rates) that does not identify you.
