1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) set out the terms and conditions on which products are supplied to you by Quality for Trading (“QualityEG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) through www.qualityeg.com (the “Site”).

By placing an order on the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms with immediate effect.

2. Seller & Order Acceptance

2.1 Seller

All products listed on the Site are sold directly by Quality for Trading.

QualityEG does not operate as a marketplace and does not host third-party sellers.

2.2 Order Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Our acceptance occurs when we confirm the order in writing (email, SMS, WhatsApp, or Site notification).

If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and refund any amounts paid.

3. Pricing & Availability

  • Prices are shown in EGP unless stated otherwise
  • Products are subject to availability
  • In case of pricing, stock, or description errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Methods

Payment methods available at checkout may include:

  • Credit/Debit Card (via third-party payment gateways)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (if enabled)
  • Any other methods enabled on the Site

4.2 Payment Processing

By placing an order, you authorize us and/or our payment service providers to process your payment.

We do not store full card details. Payment data is handled securely by authorized payment providers.

4.3 Cash on Delivery (COD)

If COD is enabled:

  • COD may be subject to order value limits
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions or requirement of prepayment

5. Cancellation

5.1 Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your order before shipment unless the order is for special or non-returnable items.

5.2 Our Right to Cancel

We may cancel an order if:

  • payment verification fails
  • products become unavailable
  • delivery details are incorrect or unreachable
  • fraud, abuse, or misuse is suspected
  • delivery fails after reasonable attempts

Refunds will be processed according to Section 7.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery Area

We deliver within Egypt, unless otherwise stated.

6.2 Delivery Dates

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

6.3 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, or refusal without valid reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6.4 Title & Risk

Ownership and risk pass to you once the product is successfully delivered to the provided address.

6.5 Invoice

An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the email address provided by you and/or made available in your account.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7.1 Eligible Returns

Returns may be accepted if:

  • you received the wrong product
  • the product is damaged upon delivery
  • the product is materially different from the description

7.2 Change of Mind

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted only for eligible products, subject to:

  • unused condition
  • original packaging
  • category restrictions
  • the Return & Refund Policy

7.3 Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the original payment method where possible.

For COD orders, refunds may be issued via bank transfer, wallet, or store credit.

8. Manufacturer Warranty

8.1 Warranty Coverage

All products sold by QualityEG are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

Warranty duration depends on the manufacturer and product type and may be:

  • 1 year
  • 2 years
  • 3 years (in limited cases)

The applicable warranty period and coverage are specified on the product listing or manufacturer documentation.

8.2 Products Without Warranty

In rare cases, certain products may be sold without warranty.

Such products will be clearly marked as “No Warranty” on the product page prior to purchase.

8.3 Warranty Scope

Manufacturer warranty typically covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty obligations are limited to repair or replacement (or refund where applicable), as determined by the manufacturer or authorized service center.

8.4 Warranty Exclusions

Warranty does not cover:

  • physical damage (drops, cracks, dents)
  • liquid or moisture damage
  • misuse or improper installation
  • unauthorized repair or modification
  • removal or tampering with serial numbers
  • normal wear and consumables (e.g., batteries, ink, toner)

8.5 Warranty Claim Procedure

Warranty claims must be handled through the manufacturer’s authorized service centers in accordance with their terms.

Customers are advised to retain:

  • original invoice
  • original packaging (where required by manufacturer)

9. Product Information Disclaimer

Product images are for illustration purposes only.

Specifications and features may change by the manufacturer without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or EGP 300, whichever is lower.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Egyptian courts.
